Photographic documentation of STS-62 Mission Specialists Charles ``Sam`` Gemar (020), Marsha Ivins, and Pierre Thuot (021-022) working at the Dexterous End Effector (DEE) controls on the Space Shuttle Columbia's aft flight deck. The DEE is a device on the business end of the Remote Manipulator System's (RMS's) robotic arm, which enables the RMS to grapple and secure objects.
