The Centaur stage of the United Launch Alliance Atlas V rocket for NASA's Magnetospheric Multiscale mission (MMS) is lifted from the transporter that delivered it to the Vertical Integration Facility at Space Launch Complex 41 on Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida. Operations have begun to mate the Centaur stage to the Atlas first stage already in place in the tower. Launch is set for March 12. To learn more about MMS, visit www.nasa.gov/mms.
