One of the more pleasant surprises of what are usually routine training sessions today was Mrs. Marie Fullerton, seated in the foreground in a special chair. Astronauts Jack R. They are in the shuttle mission simulator (SMS) in the LBJ Space Center?s mission simulation and training facility. The crew is in training for its scheduled March 22 launch aboard the space shuttle Columbia for a week?s stay in Earth orbit.
