The bus-size Hubble Space Telescope is carefully being transferred from the surgically clean Payload Changeout Room at Launch Pad 39-B into the cargo bay of the orbiter Discovery. The telescope is to be deployed during Space Shuttle Mission STS-31, currently scheduled for launch in April 1990.
