STS-88 Commander Robert D. Cabana is assisted with his ascent and re-entry flight suit in the white room at Launch Pad 39A before entering Space Shuttle Endeavour for launch. During the nearly 12-day mission, the six-member crew will mate the first two elements of the International Space Station -- the already- orbiting Zarya control module with the Unity connecting module carried by Endeavour.
