Expedition 50 Russian cosmonaut Oleg Novitskiy of Roscosmos has his Russian sokol suit pressure tested a few hours ahead of his launch on a Soyuz rocket with fellow crew mates, NASA astronaut Peggy Whitson, and, ESA astronaut Thomas Pesquet, Thursday, Nov. 17, 2016, in Baikonur, Kazakhstan. Whitson, Novitskiy, and Pesquet launched in their Soyuz MS-03 spacecraft to the International Space Station to begin a six-month mission.
