- The partially enclosed Space Infrared Telescope Facility (SIRTF) waits for installation of the top two rings of the payload canister. SIRTF is currently scheduled for transportation to Launch Complex 17-B, Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, and mating with the Delta II on or about April 4.
