McCool who perished in the Space Shuttle Columbia explosion Feb. 1, and a KSC employee talk to students from Columbia Elementary School in Palm Bay, Fla. The students visited the Center to learn about the past, present and future of space exploration. They also visited the Astronaut Memorial, placing flowers and observing a moment of silence in honor of the fallen crew of Columbia, and saw the 3-D IMAX film "Space Station."
