At the Gagarin Cosmonaut Training Center in Star City, Russia, Expedition 41/42 backup crew members Mikhail Kornienko of the Russian Federal Space Agency (Roscosmos) and NASA's Scott Kelly pose for pictures Sept. 5 at the Gagarin Museum. Kelly and Kornienko are scheduled to launch in March 2015 from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan on the Soyuz TMA-16M spacecraft to spend a full year on the complex.
