Its dinner time on board the International Space Station (ISS) for Expedition 42 Flight Engineer Samantha Cristoforetti of the European Space Agency (ESA) on 8 December 2014. She is in the process of preparing a tasty specially designed food packet. The food on board the ISS is developed by food scientists at the Johnson Space Center in Houston Texas.
