Astronaut Philippe Perrin, STS-111 mission specialist, photographed near the S0 (S-Zero) Truss on the International Space Station (ISS), participates in the second scheduled session of extravehicular activity (EVA) for the STS-111 mission. During the 5-hour spacewalk, Perrin and Chang-Diaz completed installation of the Mobile Remote Servicer Base System (MBS) on the station’s railcar, the Mobile Transporter. Perrin represents CNES, the French Space Agency.
