One of the STS-109 astronauts in the crew cabin of the Space Shuttle Columbia took this 70mm photo of the Hubble Space Telescope (HST), latched down in the shuttle's cargo bay, prior to the first half of solar array replacement project. Astronauts John M. Grunsfeld and Richard M. Linnehan on flight day four replaced the starboard panels during the mission's initial space walk. Astronauts James H. Newman and Michael J. Massimino replaced the port array on the following day.
