The SpaceX Dragon spacecraft heads back to Earth after it was released by Expedition 42 crew members ESA (European Space Agency) Astronaut Samantha Cristoforetti and US Astronaut Terry Virts, who operated the International Space Stations robotic arm. After delivering more than 5,000 pounds of supplies and experiments to the station, the SpaceX Dragon cargo spacecraft departed the orbiting laboratory Feb.11, 2015. Dragon launched on the SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station in Florida on Jan. 10 on the company's fifth commercial resupply mission to the station and arrived at the ISS two days later.
